Price Matching Policy at Wooden Toys and More

We already provide a fair and reasonable price but we realize that competition is fierce and there is no way we can keep up with the daily price changes of our competitors.

If you find the identical product on a competitor's site for a lower total price (including shipping charges) within 30 days of your purchase we will meet that price plus give you 10% of the difference.

Simply put in the url where you found the lesser price at under "Comments" at check out.  You can also call us toll free at 866-517-6749 (USA, Canada & Puerto Rico) with the following information

1. The URL of the product on the competitors website
2. Your Order Number
3. The Shipping charges if not easily determine on the competitor's website
4. Your e-mail address
5. The best telephone number to reach you
6. The best time of day to reach you

Additional Price Matching Requirements

1. The item must be the identical product, manufacturer and item number.
2. The item must be new, unused and in original condition. Used, damaged, rebuilt or remanufactured items do not qualify for our price matching policy.
3. The price you wish us to match must be current, in stock and verifiable on competitor's website. E-mail or written quotes do not qualify for our price matching policy.
4. Price matches are limited to one price match per item within any given 30 day period.
5. Wooden Toys and More reserves the right to deny any price match on an item that is not in stock with a competitor or does not meet any other criteria of our Price Match Policy. In this case you are entitled to a full refund if you so choose.
6. Please allow 5-7 business days following your price matching request for your refund to be processed.
