Shipping & Returns

Shipping is via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground and is FREE unless otherwise specified.* These carriers cannot ship to a PO box. They need a street address.

Express Services

We understand that you might want your order shipped using a method other than UPS ground. If this is the case, simply email us your request prior to placing your order and we will contact you with a shipping quote and ordering instructions.

International Orders

We do ship internationally to some European countries. And, of course, we invite our European neighbors who are shopping for their friends in the United States to place their orders with us. There are some countries that we cannot ship to due to the inability to accurately track shipments. European order are shipped Air Parcel Post and will incur additional shipping charges. You will not be charged shipping at checkout. We will email you with the shipping charges for your approval before we ship.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, American Express and PayPal. If you wish to pay by check or money order, please contact us.

Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase we accept returns in their original condition and packaging within 15 days of receipt. We will refund the purchase price but we cannot refund original shipping charges. If shipping was included with the purchase price our actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please e-mail us to receive authorization and a return address. You are also responsible for return shipping costs. Our manufacturers charge a 15% to 30% restocking fee for return items that are not damaged, or that the damage is not reported immediately.

For items damaged during shipping to you, contact us immediately for further instructions. To process the exchange or a return on damaged items you MUST keep the original box and all packaging. We will assume the return shipping charges for defective products. As with all returns, please e-mail us to receive authorization, or simply refuse the shipment if the damage is evident at time of delivery.

*Surcharges:

Some heavier furniture and play tables that can't be shipped UPS Ground will incur a small surcharge. This only involves very few of our products. The range of surcharges is from $10 to $20, depending on weight. If there is a surcharge you will see it on the order form on the product page before you decide to purchase.

Truck Shipping - Note: We do have some very heavy pre assembled furniture. If you are ordering one of these items and it has to be shipped by truck, the shipping charges could range from $100 to $200. If there is a drop down box on the product page, the charge will be there. If you do not see this drop down box, then normal or free shipping charges apply.
